While we implement systems to potentially increase your profit, we do not guarantee any financial outcomes as they depend on market conditions and individual company circumstances.

3. Payment and Cancellation

  • Payment for digital marketing plans is charged monthly and upfront.
  • Clients can cancel their subscription at any time without being locked into a contract.
  • To cancel, send an email to [email protected] with "cancel" in the subject line. Upon cancellation, no further invoices will be issued.
  • We may send a survey post-cancellation to gather feedback for future improvements.

4. Content and Liability

  • Some content is generated by AI and undergoes multiple checks by qualified personnel. However, errors may still occur.
  • We strive to become experts on your products and services, but ultimately, the client has superior knowledge. Therefore, clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all emails, social media posts, and advice center posts before they go live.
  • Clients have one week to approve content. If no approval is received within this timeframe, the content will be considered approved.
  • Clients take full responsibility for all posted content.
  • Our digital marketing systems are robust and well-tested over 30 years, but like all digital marketing efforts, results are not guaranteed and are subject to ongoing testing and optimisation.

  • Irish Web Solutions is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
